Opening more than a decade ago under the direction of Chef Deborah Scott, Indigo Grill has earned a reputation as one of the city’s most recognized and celebrated dining landmarks. Now, Scott and the Cohn Restaurant Group are pleased to present an entirely fresh interpretation of the venerated restaurant, complete with a vibrant new look and diverse menu showcasing clever twists on modern Latin cuisine.
The menu features strong influences from Peru and Chile. Chef Jason finds a balance in combining tried and true techniques with current flavors, and vice versa. There is a strong presence of “shared” plates on the menu, promoting the idea of order a lot, share a lot and try new things. The shared plates concept encourages “social dining” and emphasizes the communal aspect of dining with friends and family. Guests can admire unique art and furniture pieces from all over the globe while indulging in delicious recipes from different cultures.
