We are a young generation of culinary artisans from Milano. We specialize in hand-crafted pasta. Our pasta laboratory produces 800 lb of fresh pasta a week, 22 different kinds & shape, made with 100% organic flour imported from Parma, Italy.
Monello brings you authentic food from Milan, offering a menu that includes casual options like the now-ever-so popular street food — great for an easy fast-casual lunch – and traditional Northern Italian recipes that are often brand-new to the market.
We are also proud to offer products that are hard to find the USA and to cook as if we were in Milano.
We were the first to introduce the original Italian “Aperitivo” to San Diego: as the Italian version of happy hour, yet more sophisticated, Aperitivo offers complimentary bites on the house while you drink. Every night of the week, from 4 pm to 7pm.
Our concept was conceived to be timeless, like the Italian culture — never trendy.
