San Diego Restaurant Week “8 Days of Dining Giveaway” Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

  • The San Diego Restaurant Week 8 Days of Dining Giveaway is open to all.

2. Giveaway Period:

  • The Giveaway will start on 11/19/25 at 9:00am and end on 1/19/26 at 9:00am.

  • The prize for this Giveaway is (1) $100 gift card to one of San Diego’s best restaurants. The winner gets gift certificates/cards valued at $100 for each of 8 restaurants ($800 total value)
  • The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.

5. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the Giveaway’s end date.
  • If the selected winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be chosen.

6. Publicity:

  • By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant San Diego Restaurant Week the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation.

7. Privacy:

  • Information provided by participants may be used by San Diego Restaurant Week for the purpose of conducting the Giveaway and future event promotions and may be shared with third-party partners involved in the Giveaway.
