What is San Diego Restaurant Week?

San Diego Restaurant Week is a celebration that showcases the diverse and upcoming culinary world in San Diego County; with over 180 restaurants participating.

How do I take part in San Diego Restaurant Week?

No passes, tickets or coupons are required for this scrumptious event. Instead, diners may simply visit their favorite participating restaurants during the week to enjoy special prix fixe menus; although we do recommended that diners make reservations in advance. For reservations, diners may contact restaurants directly or by some of their websites.

Which restaurants are involved?

A complete list of participating businesses is available on the website, axs2ow70g8-staging.onrocket.site, or you may call the restaurant of your choice to verify participation.

Are reservations required?

Reservations are strongly encouraged, but walk-ins are welcomed and appreciated. To make a reservation, diners may contact restaurants directly or by using through our website.

Will the menus be different at each restaurant?

Absolutely! San Diego Restaurant Week allows the diner to view all of the menus online beforehand, figure out what looks best, and decide which restaurants they want to try.

Do you have to order off the special prix fixe menu during Restaurant Week?

No. Many of the restaurants will have their regular menu available as well. We suggest that diners try the special San Diego Restaurant Week menu but it is not required. If you wish to have a regular menu, simply ask the restaurant upon arrival.

  • This year we are giving restaurants the ability to tailor their menus & price points to highlight their specialties and allow more members to participate this year. It is our hope that by having this flexibility, it will prove to be a more successful Restaurant Week for you. With this structure, we are also encouraging consumers to dine out more than once during Restaurant Week – whether it’s drinks & shared plates with the girls, or a ‘3 course dinner’ date night later in the week.

    • You have the option to do “3 items” instead of “3 courses.”
    • Menu items can include drinks, appetizers, shared plates, entrees or desserts

      • Dinner: Glass of Wine, Entrée, Dessert

      • Dinner: 2 Glasses of Wine, Shared plate
