Tao Group Hospitality Chief Culinary Officer Ralph Scamardella has created a menu of LAVO’s hits like the infamous 1 lb. Wagyu Meatball alongside brick oven pizzas and housemade pastas. The menu is complemented by LAVO’s playful cocktails like the Bubbles & Berries with vodka, St. Germain, Strawberries and Frizzante as well as an extensive selection of new and old-world wines.

LAVO San Diego is a light-filled 15-foot loft-like restaurant housing an open kitchen, dining room with plush banquettes, 3-sided bar with sports watching ability and outdoor sidewalk dining. Olive trees, antique wood floors and mirrors, and amber glowing pendants make perfect for both celebratory group dinners and intimate dates. The restaurant also features site-specific artwork commissioned for the space by long-time collaborator and artist Peter Tunney.
