Our story began in 1984, when founder and restaurateur George Hauer first opened the doors to Georges at the Cove. Since then, our restaurant has grown to become a beloved fixture in the San Diego dining scene, consistently earning accolades and recognition locally and nationally.
Under the guidance and culinary philosophy of Chef and partner Trey Foshee, our kitchen team, led by Executive chef Masa Kojima and pastry chef Aly Lyng create a variety of menus that are seasonal, creative, and inspired by the San Diego lifestyle.
