At the heart of the restaurant is Head Chef Henry Yang and his son, Executive Chef Ethan Yang. Chef Henry has spent over 40 years mastering his craft, drawing inspiration from his roots in Taiwan and his experiences cooking across Thailand and different regions of China. His passion for food runs deep, and it’s something he’s passed down to his son. Ethan, a third-generation chef, grew up surrounded by the flavors and techniques of his family’s kitchen, learning from his grandparents and father before stepping into the culinary world himself. Together, their menu is a reflection of their heritage – rooted in recipes that have been passed down for generations and refined over time.
